Making for quite the busy day of promotions, Adam Lambert was spotted out for the filming of an interview for "Extra" at The Grove in Los Angeles on Wednesday (February 9).
With his hair slicked back while clad in a dark-toned vest/t-shirt/trouser combo, the "Pick U Up" singer made the TV appearance after visiting CBS's "Talk Today" earlier in the morning.
Tweeting about the CBS stop, Lambert wrote, "# I am going to be on CBS's The Talk today! Tune in!"
During the visit, co-host Holly Robinson Peete asked Adam whether he could do a fireman's carry - of fellow co-host Sara Gilbert, in particular.
The 29-year-old confidently replied, "I probably could," while proceeding to toss Miss Gilbert over his shoulder and giving her a twirl before sitting back down.
On another note, Adam also just announced that a CD/DVD of his Glam Nation Tour will be released next month on March 22nd.
The footage was taken during a gig at Clowes Hall in Indianapolis on August 13, 2010, with twelve songs being included along with a special bonus track.
